Three kinds of product
Different products, different disciplines.
Sterile injectables, nutrition powders and supplements are made and tested differently. Each division follows the controls that fit its dosage form.
- Intensiva — sterile injectables, held to the controls injectables require: sterility, endotoxin limits and assay.
- Nutrica — oral and enteral nutrition powders, checked against their label claims and microbiological limits.
- Vistacare — vitamins, effervescents and gut-health blends, checked for content and shelf life.

Questions
Quality, answered.
Which quality checks does a batch go through?
Active pharmaceutical ingredients are analysed before use. Finished batches pass through independent quality assurance and quality control reviews and are released with a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Can we get COA and NABL laboratory reports?
Yes. COA and NABL laboratory reports are available for the range. Institutions can request them from the contact page (choose “Hospital”).
What documents do you provide for tenders and registrations?
Documentation can be prepared for hospital procurement, tenders and export registration, including the licence and certificate set current at the time of the request.
How are products stored and shipped?
Each product carries its storage condition on the pack and on its product page. Distribution partners are briefed to keep products within those conditions during storage and transport.
How do I report a quality problem?
Use the Safety & pharmacovigilance page. Please keep the product name, batch number and a photograph of the pack ready.
Need our quality dossier?
Tell us the institution and the products — we will send the documents.
